Together with the original tape releases MC 8204 and MC 8109, this single is rereleased on MCD 8204.
Shortly after Hard Breakfast, Autumn starts experimenting with more song-like compositions. In that period, Autumn released a first single, for which Synthesize was composed. The B-side became a club-hit in 1982.
This is the only vinyl release by Autumn - a single recorded in october 1981 containing 2 new tracks. This single was recorded during writing of tracks on Aparell i ma, and preparing an evolution towards Not Afraid To Die, which retakes the sing 'Synthesize' completely.
Ths single became a success in belgian dance clubs the following summer, especially the B-side. This fenomenon will repeat itself later (check out A Split-Second's 'Flesh' : original release on a B-side !).
